- 3-4 pounds Round steak, flank steak or skirt steak, thinly sliced.
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2-3 Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Fajita Seasoning
- 8 medium Tortillas

- Shredded Cheese
Step 1. Prep the Steak: Slice the steak thinly for quick, even cooking.
Step 2. Season Generously: Toss the steak in a ziplock bag, add 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup fajita seasoning. You can marinate overnight, but for at least one hour in refrigerator.
