Step 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Step 3. Add egg, milk, and oil to dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
Step 4. Next add your teaspoons of vanilla.
Step 5. Add blueberries (fresh or frozen blueberries) to a small bowl. Add a tablespoon of flour and thoroughly coat the blueberries.
Step 6. Now fold your blueberries into your muffin batter. Next, fold your white chocolate chips into the batter.
Step 7. Add ⅓ cup batter to each muffin cups. You can use a large cookie scoop to make this easier.
Step 8. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve warm!
