Blueberry White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray your muffin tin and set aside.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Add egg, milk, and oil to dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
  • Next add your teaspoons of vanilla.
  • Add blueberries (fresh or frozen) to a small mixing bowl. Add a tablespoon of flour and thoroughly coat the blueberries.
  • Now fold your blueberries into your muffin batter. Next, fold your white chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Add ⅓ cup batter to each muffin tin cup.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve warm!
