Blueberry White Chocolate Muffins
Blueberry white chocolate muffins are so soft, fluffy, and bursting with juicy blueberries and creamy white chocolate chips. They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy afternoon treat, and they come together really quickly. These bake up beautifully with golden tops and sweet bites in every bite. The thing about these blueberry white chocolate muffins is that they are so simple to make, but the white chocolate really elevates them to taste “fancy”! These are more than just a plain Jane blueberry breakfast muffin. They are great for parties, brunch, tea time, or a sweet treat for your family. Of course, they can also be a wonderful, decadent breakfast choice! This is a great recipe to have your little ones help you with because they are so simple to make.

Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Flour – I used all-purpose, unbleached flour, but you could also use whole wheat flour
- Sugar – I used white flour, but brown sugar is also delicious.
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Egg
- Milk
- Oil – you could also use melted butter
- Vanilla
- Blueberries – frozen or fresh
- White Chocolate – I used white chocolate baking chips
Instructions for Blueberry White Chocolate Muffins
Step 1.Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray your muffin tin and set aside.
Step 2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Step 3. Add egg, milk, and oil to dry ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
Step 4. Next add your teaspoons of vanilla.
Step 5. Add blueberries (fresh or frozen) to a small mixing bowl. Add a tablespoon of flour and thoroughly coat the blueberries.
Step 6. Now fold your blueberries into your muffin batter. Next, fold your white chocolate chips into the batter.
Step 7. Add ⅓ cup batter to each muffin tin cup.
Step 8. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve warm!
