One Bowl Banana Bread
This quick, one-bowl Banana Bread is a perfect recipe to throw together for guests, or to have on hand to pull out from the freezer for a quick breakfast.
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes
Cook Time 55 minutes minutes
- 3 large bananas
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan with butter.
Mash banans in large bowl until they are smooth.
Melt butter and add to bananas with a wooden spoon.
Add sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the large bowl. Miss lightly together and then mix all together with the wet ingredients.
Add to the loaf pan and immediately bake.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Test bread to make sure that it's baked all the way through. A skewer or a butter knife work great and will come out clean if it is done. Do not overbake or it will be dry.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
