Easy Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pounds Round steak, flank steak or skirt steak, thinly sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Fajita Seasoning
  • 8 medium Tortillas

Optional Toppings

  • Lime Wedge
  • Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado / Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Step 1. Prep the Steak:  Slice the steak thinly for quick, even cooking.
  • Step 2. Season Generously: Toss the steak in a ziplock bag, add 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup fajita seasoning. You can marinate overnight, but for at least one hour in refrigerator.
  • Step 3. Prep Veggies: Slice bell peppers and any other veggies thinly for roasting.
  • Step 4. Bake: Spread steak and veggies evenly on a sheet pan, toss with more olive oil and fajita seasoning, and roast at 400 °F for 25-30 minutes for tender steak and caramelized veggies.
  • Step 5. Serve: Pile into warm tortillas and add your favorite toppings.
