My favorite children’s books to read aloud are the ones that are beautifully illustrated, with stories that hold my attention, as well as my child’s because thats when you know you’ve found a good book! Finding favorite books that ignite imagination, foster learning, and create cherished moments with stories that inspire shouldn’t be that hard. I put together some book lists of picture books that are perfect for reading aloud together!

The joy of sharing books with your child really cannot be measured. These book lists are comprised of books that I own in my home library and read aloud to my own children.
