Cozy Homemaking This Week: Built-In Bookcases & Green Paint
Hi, happy Friday! Hope you’ve had a wonderful week, full of cozy homemaking. There has been lots of progress around our home this week.
We officially started building the built-in bookcases for our homeschool room/library, and it’s so exciting to finally see everything taking shape. Right now, the house is a little chaotic with tools, wood, and sawdust everywhere, but I know it will be worth it once it’s finished.
I’ve also been completely stumped trying to choose the perfect green paint color for the bookcases. I want something warm, timeless, and cozy without making the room feel too dark. It’s funny how the smallest decisions sometimes take the longest! This is the very first paint color I’ve chosen for our new home, so I definitely felt the pressure. I’ll be sure to share the finished room once it’s complete.
